Your place is confirmed upon payment. All bookings are strictly non-refundable, but your place may be transferred to another person with written notice. In the unlikely event that The Brand Room is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days. Travel and accommodation are not included. By completing your purchase you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
