If you were a VIP, A-list, unmissable woman-on-a-mission… how would your day look?

Not in theory. Not in 10 years when your business is “more ready.” Now.
This isn’t about fantasy. It’s about frequency. When you move like the woman who gets chosen, you stop chasing things that drain you. You stop hustling to be seen. You become the star energy your brand runs on. And trust me, that changes everything.
Here’s what my day looks like when I treat myself like the CEO I am and the star of the business:
Morning: Set the Standard
No doom-scrolling. No overthinking. Just movement and setting the day the right way.
Early gym sessions - love them. I like to expand into my energy for the day!
I fuel my body and open space in my mind before anything external gets in.
My calendar isn’t crammed anymore; it’s perfectly curated.
My team and clients know when I’m in creation mode and when I’m offline.
I’m not “available” to the world 24/7. Boundaries are brand strategy - hold them!
Mid-Morning: Creative Energy First
I don’t check emails first thing.
I focus on content, strategy, or my own brand before I get into delivery.
I'm building something bigger than just ticking boxes - and that requires vision-first energy.
If my desk is clear, adorned with fresh flowers. I’ve already won that morning.
Afternoon: Clients, Conversations, Conversion
This is when I’m visible. I’m activated. I’m in client sessions or brand-building mode.
I show up on camera as the woman I’m becoming - not hiding or shrinking.
I check in with my finances. I don’t avoid numbers anymore - I used to, but not now!
My visibility moves are made not to look busy, but to grow on purpose.
🌙 Evening: Decompression Is Discipline
I don’t earn my rest by burning out - it's all too easy to work 24/7.
I walk, work out and wind down. I try not to carry the day into the night.
I switch off work messages and stop scrolling for “inspo.” I tune into my actual life - it’s so important.
Because the woman who leads herself protects her peace - even if that means disappointing a few people and not working 24/7.
Final Word
This isn’t about perfectionism. It’s not about replicating someone else’s morning routine or becoming an unrealistic Pinterest version of success. It’s about leading yourself like the woman whose name is on the brand. The woman who gets seen. The woman who gets chosen. The woman who doesn’t apologise for being all in on herself.
Plus stars don’t shrink to fit into someone else’s day.
With love,
Janine
