Any travel 9 miles outside of Milton Keynes will incur a mileage cost of 50p per mile.  I am happy to travel to clients however any rail ticket, parking or taxi fees involved in the journey will be charged to clients.

 

Unless paying for a package, program or course in instalments (which will be shown or pre agreed) all services are not confirmed until the full payment for the service has been received (unless pre agreed with Janine Cone in writing).

To protect my client time and booking availability cancellation fees for 1:1 services are as follows:

More than 72 hours - £50 deposit is non refundable (this is to cover time and admininstration fees for work already undertaken)

Cancellation within 72 hours prior to first appointment 75%

Cancellation within 48 hours prior to first appointment 100%

Coaching/consulting services can be postponed (with the right notice as above) but must be rebooked and taken within six months of original date of booking.   The full fee is non refundable if the service has been paid, postponed and still not used within the 6 months of the orignal service being booked. Once a package has commenced it cannot be cancelled due to the preparation work that is required to provide this service.

Cancellation fees / other:

All event and workshop ticket fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and the booking has been confirmed.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed by the expiry date stated at the time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions - Group Programmes

By enrolling in this programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment and Refunds

Payment for this programme can be made in full or in instalments, as agreed with Janine Coney Consulting at the time of confirmation. Regardless of the payment method, all deposits are non-refundable. By paying a deposit or the full fee, you agree to pay the total programme fee in full and on time. Cancelling the programme at any stage does not release you from your payment obligations. You remain responsible for completing all agreed payments, even if you choose to stop participating in the programme. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Janine Coney Consulting but are not guaranteed.

2. Transferability

The programme is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your enrolment to another person.

3. Programme Delivery

This programme is delivered online. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate fully. Janine Coney Consulting is not responsible for any technical issues on the participant’s end that may affect participation.

4. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the coach and other participants. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or discriminatory conduct, may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund. Sharing personal information about other participants without consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Programme Participation and Results Disclaimer

Your results in the programme depend on your own participation and efforts. Janine Coney Consulting makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. The programme is educational in nature and does not provide financial, legal, or medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, including but not limited to videos, audios, and downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Janine Coney Consulting and are protected by copyright law. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Course Access

Access to course materials is granted for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to modify or discontinue access to the course due to business operations, updates, or unforeseen technical difficulties. While reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternative access or support, lifetime access is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Janine Coney Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the programme. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, business opportunities, or personal dissatisfaction with the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Amendments to Terms

Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or through the programme platform.

By enrolling in the Unseen to Unstoppable Group Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

If Janine Coney Consulting cancels any appointment due to health or personal reasons, Janine will endeavour to book you in as a priority at your earliest convenience.

If a payment fee is more than 7 days overdue for any instalments, then an administration charge of £25 could be added to your account and the service will be suspended until payment is received.  If payment goes beyond 14 days overdue, then Janine Coney will be entitled to cancel our agreement and seek recovery of the fees along with any outstandin or associated costs.

Online courses including cancellation - When booking onto a course with janineconey.co.uk, the deposit indicated is required to confirm the space and if 1:1 the contract of the agreement must be signed. However online entry into the programme and deposit paid constitute confirmation and acceptance of the group booking terms and conditions (see seperate t&Cs for each programme).  The balance is then required by the date advised prior to the course commencing.  The deposit is non-refundable and once the course has commenced the course fee is non-refundable. Each persons success and results from participating in this course will depend upon their dedication and motivation to achieve results. 

 

Janineconey.co.uk do not provide medical or psychological services or counselling and the content included in styling services and courses are not to treat any mental health or physical medical conditions. Each client / participant is responsible for their own mental, physical and emotional well being including decisions, any actions taken and results. You accept and understand that you are solely responsible for making decisions and taking appropriate action as a result of anything covered during sessions or a programme and that Own Your Style will not be liable for any failure to take action or make decisions, put into action the techniques covered.  You understand that any information or resources given in any sessions or courses is for general guidance and information only and does not constitute legal, financial or medical advice.

You agree that all the information that we disclose to you during sessions, courses or events remain the intellectural property of janineconey.co.uk and you agree to comply with our rights in connection of copyright and they must not be duplicated, re produced or used commercially in any form. They are purely for the paying client.

Complaints - In the extremely unlikely event of a client not feeling satisfied with a service, you must notify Janine Coney Consulting within 48 hours of receiving the service. We will assess the issue and, if deemed appropriate, offer an alternative solution. Complaints raised beyond this timeframe may not be considered..

Liability - Janineconey.co.uk make every effort to accurately represent the  sessions courses, programme, events and as such share examples of testimonials from clients who have experienced the services.  These do not represent or guarantee that any one person will achieve the same or similar results.  Each individuals success depends on so many factors including their dedication to the service, the course and their motivation to take action.

This agreement of terms of conditions are in place and in force from the time of payment and it is the sole responsbility of the consumer/ client / purchaser to read the terms and conditions fully.
