Any unauthorised sharing of access, login details, materials, recordings or membership benefits may result in immediate removal without refund.

No guarantee is given that any content, recording or resource will remain available indefinitely.

The expiry of access periods does not create any entitlement to continued access.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Non-payment

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions

  • Inappropriate behaviour

  • Harassment or bullying

  • Misuse of membership access

  • Conduct likely to negatively impact the business, its clients or its community

Where access is removed as a result of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund will be due.

Members and participants are expected to contribute respectfully and professionally within all communities, memberships, events and programmes operated by Janine Coney Consulting.

The following behaviour is not permitted:

  • Harassment, bullying or abusive behaviour.

  • Discriminatory, offensive or inappropriate conduct.

  • Spam or unsolicited promotional activity.

  • Direct selling, recruitment or prospecting without prior authorisation.

  • Sharing confidential information belonging to other participants.

  • Conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other participants.

Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, disruptive or contrary to the spirit of the community.

Removal under these circumstances will not result in a refund.

Non-Solicitation

Participants must not use The Tribe, workshops, programmes, events or community spaces operated by Janine Coney Consulting for the purpose of recruiting, soliciting, prospecting or promoting services to other participants without prior written permission.

This includes attempting to move members into alternative memberships, coaching programmes, networking groups, communities, events or commercial offers.

Participants may not join communities, memberships, programmes or events primarily for the purpose of lead generation, prospecting or business recruitment.

Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to remove any participant who breaches this condition without refund.

Confidentiality

Participants may be exposed to confidential business information, personal experiences and commercially sensitive discussions shared by other members during events, programmes, memberships, workshops, coaching sessions or community discussions.

All participants agree to treat information shared by others as confidential and not disclose, reproduce or distribute such information without permission.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that confidential information shared within programmes, memberships and events remains private.

Confidentiality obligations continue after participation has ended.

Workshops, Events and Group Programmes

Bookings for workshops, events, masterclasses, challenges and programmes are made on the basis of the information provided at the time of booking.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are able to attend and participate fully.

Attendance, participation and implementation remain the responsibility of the participant.

Where event-specific terms apply, those terms will be provided at the point of booking and shall take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Online Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, equipment and technology necessary to participate in online programmes, workshops, events and sessions.

Janine Coney Consulting shall not be responsible for technical issues on the participant's side that impact attendance, participation or access.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated within the specific event, workshop, programme, retreat or service description, all purchases are non-refundable.

When purchasing a place on an event, workshop, programme, challenge, membership or other service, participants are reserving capacity that cannot always be resold.

Failure to attend an event, workshop, programme or session does not entitle the participant to a refund, transfer or credit.

Requests to transfer a place to another individual must be made in writing and are entirely at the discretion of Janine Coney Consulting.

Memberships, including The Tribe, are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, assigned or resold.

Where a specific refund policy applies to a particular retreat, event, workshop or programme, that policy will take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation by Janine Coney Consulting

Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or amend an event, workshop, programme, retreat or service where circumstances make this necessary.

Where this occurs, participants may be offered an alternative date, transfer, credit or refund as deemed appropriate by Janine Coney Consulting.

Janine Coney Consulting shall not be responsible for travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other costs incurred by participants in relation to cancelled or amended events.

Rescheduling and Cancellation of 1:1 Sessions

Where services include individual coaching, mentoring, consultancy or strategy sessions, participants are responsible for attending all scheduled appointments.

If a participant needs to reschedule a session, a minimum of 72 hours' notice should be provided wherever possible.

Janine Coney Consulting will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule appointments. However, alternative dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Where less than 72 hours' notice is provided, Janine Coney Consulting reserves the right to treat the session as delivered and the session may be forfeited.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and will not normally be rescheduled or refunded.

Where a venue, meeting space, travel arrangements or other third-party costs have been booked specifically for a client session, the client remains responsible for those costs if cancellation occurs after the booking has been made.

Exceptions may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Janine Coney Consulting.

Rebooked Sessions

Where a 1:1 session has been postponed by agreement, the session must be rebooked and taken either:

  • Within two months of the original scheduled session date; or

  • Within the duration of the programme purchased,

whichever period is shorter.

For example, where a participant is enrolled on a four-month programme, all sessions must be taken within that four-month programme period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Sessions not used within the applicable period may be forfeited.

The expiry of a programme or service does not automatically extend the availability of unused sessions.

Any exceptions will be considered at the sole discretion of Janine Coney Consulting.

Travel and Mileage

Where services are delivered in person, travel within 20 miles of my business location in Northamptonshire is included within the agreed fee unless otherwise stated.

Additional travel may be charged at 45p per mile together with any reasonable parking, toll, accommodation or other travel-related expenses incurred.

Any additional travel costs will be discussed and agreed in advance wherever possible.
