Stop waiting to be cast. Start directing how you're seen..

Your clients know how good you are.
Time everyone else did.
You're good at what you do. Your clients come back, they refer you and they tell you how
much you've changed things for them.
Some of the most brilliant women I know are the least seen. Their clients rave about them.
The market has no idea.
That starts with you seeing your own brand differently and falling back in love with it. Then
everything, from your website to the way you introduce yourself, matches the business you
run today and the woman running it. The way people see you, understand you and
remember you should reflect the value you bring. And when it does, the right
people have a reason to choose you.

Why it's called THE Experience
Everything you do is an experience: how you answer an enquiry, how you walk into a room, what clients say about you when you’re not there. Your energy is everything. You are the experience. You’re not starting from scratch. We uncover what’s already there and make sure everyone can feel it.
Six weeks from when you start
-
People get what you do the first time you say it, because you say it like you mean it.
-
Your socials bio, your website, your messaging and the way you introduce yourself all tell the same story as the woman behind them.
-
Your offer is clear and unmistakably yours, and the right people know exactly how to work with you.
-
You stop softening your point of view and start saying it.
-
Your brand finally feels like you: your personality, your taste and your fire, in everything you put out.
Why Now?
Your brand can't be outsourced.
Walk into 2027 with the brand that got you here, or one that matches the business you run now.
The right clients are already looking for someone like you. Make it easy for them to find you.
There’s enough marketing advice out there to keep you busy for ten years. More tips, more tactics, more posting. None of it helps you see your business as an experience, at every touchpoint, the way your clients see and feel it. That’s what I do.
If you’re not obsessed with your brand, why would anyone else be?
For six weeks, I bring 30 years of brand and creative direction into your business. I’ll challenge your thinking, call out what isn’t working and find what you’ve been overlooking. Then we do something with it.
Your business should feel like YOU. Your services should excite you to sell them. And your name should walk into the room before you do.
I’ve been running brand-igniting group programmes since 2023. THE Experience is the newest, and I’m keeping this first cohort to six women on purpose. You’ll be the founding six
.
Six women. Six weeks. Your business in the creative director’s chair.

Six Weeks: inside my creative direction studio

This runs the way my agency runs a client project. The difference? The brand is yours, and you’re in the room for every decision
The studio sessions
Each week, we work live for 90 minutes on Zoom on a different part of your business. It’s an intentionally small room where you can say your boldest ideas out loud before you take them into the world. I’ll push your thinking and call it when you’re playing it safe. Expect to be challenged. And expect ideas you didn’t see coming. It's my genius!
Experts in the room - bonus
Just as I do for my agency clients, I'll bring in specialists from my network to work with you on specific parts of your brand. You get their expertise, with my direction holding it all together.
Between sessions
You take that week’s thinking into your business and put it into practice.
Every week there’s an Open Studio day in our private Telegram group. Share what you’re working on: a post, your bio, a page of your Director's Brief as it takes shape. I give my notes on as many as I can, in the group, so everyone learns from every piece. Before the Premiere, I review your full Director's Brief in writing. The other five founders are there all week to share ideas and push your thinking further. You stay the focus. The group adds to it.
The Premiere
In week six, you bring it all together and present your brand to the room, just as an agency would present a creative direction to a client.
The Six Weeks: What does being THE Experience mean to you?
01 · The Person
We start with my diagnostic. Who you are, your story, and how you make people feel.
02 · The Position
The space only you can own, and the message that goes with it. You leave with your Idea, reviewed by me in writing.
03 · The Signature
Services you’re excited to sell, events you cannot wait to host and an experience people remember long after.
04 · The Look
Your identity, image and styling, and the creative direction for your next shoot. I’m a trained stylist and I direct shoots, so how you look is directed, not guessed. A presence that feels unmistakably yours.
05 · Being Seen
Where you show up, online and in the room, and who you need around you. Then we plan your campaign and the content that comes from it: what to say, and the angles that are unmistakably yours.
06 · The Premiere
The big reveal. Your thinking, your direction, your business seen through a completely different lens.
What you leave with
Your Director's Brief
The written creative direction for your brand, in one place. I give you the structure, you write it as we go, and I review it before the Premiere.
-
Your position and the idea only you can own
-
Your messaging: what you say, how you say it and how you introduce yourself
-
Your offer, with a clear “how to work with me”
-
Your look, imagery and client experience
-
Your content direction: the angles, stories and hooks that come from your point of view
-
What to cut and what to do first
Something you’ll keep coming back to as you take your business forward.

Why Me
A Strategist and a Creative Director - in one
I could give you the full rundown. Multi-faceted marketing professional, strategist and creative director- ya-da-ya-da. Thirty years in media, advertising, marketing, events and brand; international campaigns, world-renowned brands, the experience, the credentials. And yes, I have a dog I adore and a rather healthy appreciation for champagne. But you've heard all that before, haven't you?
I’m also an accredited Style Coach™ and the Global Business Mentor for the International Association of Style Coaches, so I know a thing or two about identity.
What I think matters more is what I bring to your business. I have a gift for seeing what others don't. The potential you might have overlooked, the things that make you different, the opportunities sitting right in front of you and the habits or assumptions that might be holding you back.
I've spent three decades developing that eye, that instinct and the ability to see the bigger picture, connect the dots and turn possibilities into direction. And rather than bombard you with statistics about my experience, here's something I think tells you more: every client I've worked with this year has chosen to continue working with me.
I think the results, and the relationships behind them, speak for themselves.

"I genuinely don't recognise the business owner I was before I started. If you're looking for someone who will help you figure out what makes you different, find your own voice, and
build a business around that rather than trying to follow someone else's formula, I couldn't recommend Janine more highly."
"She consistently brings fresh ideas to the table that have helped me solve challenges I've
been struggling with for over a decade… She has a unique way of seeing the bigger picture
while also knowing how to communicate it in a way that actually connects."

Is THE Experience for you?
It's for you if:
· You're an established expert running a service business.
· Your business has moved on, but your brand hasn't caught up.
· You're ready to think differently and do something about it.
· You want direction, challenge and creative thinking, not an accountability buddy.
I'm here to challenge you. And yes, I care. A lot.
It's not for you if:
· You're chasing likes, followers and viral moments instead of building a business people remember and recommend.
· You think you've already got it all figured out and aren't open to seeing things differently.
· You say you want to be seen, but you'd still rather play it safe.
· You want someone to do your marketing and make decisions for you.
· You expect me to chase you to get things done. You're an adult. And with love, this isn't school.

FAQs
Is this social media training? No, but content is part of it. We start with you, your idea and your message. Then we turn that into what you say everywhere, including your content. Is this hot-seat coaching? No. There are no hot seats and no sitting through other people's problems. Every session, you work on your own brand while I direct the room. You get out what you put in. Can I ask questions between sessions? Yes, in the private Telegram group. Questions are opened up to the whole group, so everyone benefits. There's no private messaging. Will you design my logo or website? No. This is not about graphic design and colours - its about expression. So it's not focussing on fonts and logos at all - we do have experts to talk to the group about this though . You will have a clear idea on what makes everything look and sound like you to brief those experts in the future. Do I need a big following? No. Your work is already strong and your clients already rate you. This is about the right people seeing you clearly.
